Jessie is an Idaho native with a passion for supporting children, families, and early childhood programs. She holds degrees in Child Development and Family Relations and in Adult and Organizational Learning and Leadership from the University of Idaho.
Her experience includes private child care, Head Start and Early Head Start, managing the Coeur d'Alene Tribe’s First Steps program, serving as Assistant Director at the WSU Children’s Center, co-Directing IdahoSTARS, and most recently, leading as Bureau Chief of Child Development and Head Start Collaboration for New Hampshire.
Jessie excels at strengthening systems, coaching adults, and building trusting relationships with children to foster their growth, creativity, and development.

Makayla, of Potlatch, Idaho, holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology and Communication from the University of Idaho and a master’s degree in Child and Adolescent Developmental Psychology. She discovered her passion for supporting children and families through evidence-based interventions and has been with Lotus since 2020. Makayla is currently pursuing certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
At Lotus, Makayla leads by ensuring clinicians have the training, mentorship, and resources needed to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care, fostering growth and development for every child.

Ginger is from St. Maries, Idaho, and has a love for the outdoors. She recently graduated from Washington State University’s Carson College of Business with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Human Development.
Ginger joined Lotus in 2020, initially providing Community-Based Supports to children with disabilities. She now supports Lotus in operations, overseeing employee relations, client and staff files, billing, and staff onboarding. Her background in early learning allows her to contribute to high-quality, supportive services for the children and families at Lotus.
