Jessie is an Idaho native. She has an undergraduate degree in Child Development and Family Relations and a graduate degree in Adult and Organizational Learning and Leadership. Both of which she obtained at the University of Idaho. Her experience includes private child care, Head Start and Early Head Start, managing the Coeur d' Alene Tribe's First Steps program for children with disabilities, WSU Children's Center Assistant Director, and co-Director for IdahoSTARS leading the Child Care Resource Centers throughout the state of Idaho. Jessie has lead programs through quality improvement by strengthening systems and coaching adults. Her true passion is building trusting relationships with children and fostering their growth and development.

Ginger is from St. Maries, Idaho and loves the outdoors. She recently graduated from Washington State University with an undergraduate degree from the Carson College of Business in the area of Business Administration with a minor in Human Development. Ginger started with Lotus providing Community Based Supports. She uses her talents to support Lotus as the head of on-site human resources. She spends her time handling employee relations and duties, manages client and employee files, bills for services and on-boards new staff. She continues to provide Behavior Intervention for the children at Lotus. Ginger's experience in early learning settings helps her to provide exceptional services to the children at Lotus.

Makayla was born and raised in Potlatch, Idaho. She completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Communication at the University of Idaho and has a master’s degree in Child and Adolescent Developmental Psychology. She has found her passion in this area of work and is currently working towards getting her certification as a BCBA. Makayla leads Lotus by ensuring our clinicians have the training, mentoring and resources they need to provide evidence-based interventions.
